HIV is one of the biggest social, economic and health challenges in the world. It is a global emergency claiming over 8,000 lives every day. In fact 5 people die of AIDS every minute.

Why is HIV and AIDS an issue for you ?
My brother died of AIDS on May 8th 2004. He was positive for many years but he couldn´t beat PCP.
It was very tragic, but I was there with him as he passed away. I miss him very much. He was my only brother.

Why is HIV and AIDS an issue for you ?
Making a difference in the lives of those affected by AIDS and HIV as well as making a difference today for the people diagnosed in the future. My best friend has HIV and inspires me to make that difference and support AIDS awareness.
